Title: Technical Support Analyst ID: TEC00022684 Description PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: This position is as a member of a technical help desk team that provides a single point of contact (phone support) for the resolution of sales and account management computer hardware problems, software difficulties and connectivity issues. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: – Provides on-going phone support for computer hardware problems, software issues and connectivity issues. (80%) – Participates in project work related to providing the best possible support for customers and to reduce end user downtime. (10%) – Completes administrative tasks such as hardware inventory, shipping, testing and minor break/fix of hardware. (10%) OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: – Works independently or as a team player on new applications, processes or projects – Managing customer technical issues through to their resolution – Designs and implement quality tests as required for support enhancements
